- Notice: The purpose of this notice is to inform all potential vendors that the original RFP-DJIOC-GOC-FY06 is being pulled from the combined synopsis/solicitation posting and re-posted under this presolicitation notice. There has been no changes to the original RFP. However, this presolicitation notice does include Questions and Answers for RFP-DJIOC-GOC-FY-06. The Director DIA established a Defense Joint Intelligence Operation Center(DJIOC) to plan, prepare, integrate, direct, synchronize, and manage continuous, full-spectrum defense intelligence operations. The DJIOC will coordinate information with the Combatant Command (COCOM) JIOCs. The Contractor shall provide 24/7 dedicated, on-site personnel to support the requirements of DJIOC organizations in the following functional areas: 1. Watch Officer and IT support functions in the Global Operations Center. 2. Part-time Program Management support in the Global Operations Center.
