- Description
- USSOCOM has a requirement for a full time Program Management Team to achieve exercise and training objectives for the Battle Staff of the Center for Special Operations (CSO). The CSO requires a core cadre of high-quality, experienced Special Operations (SO), interagency and Joint Staff subject matter experts (SMEs) grounded in Joint training doctrine to achieve CSO exercise and training objectives. These SMEs will be required to assist in writing CSO Training Guidance and Staff Training Requirements. This requirement includes an Exercise Observer / Trainer (O/T) Team (under direction of the Program Management Team on a part-time basis) to integrate CSO training objectives, training events, and After Action Report (AAR) documentation and follow through. The O/T Team shall be capable of providing in-exercise coaching and post-exercise feedback to identify weaknesses, sustainable practices and a way ahead. The O/T Team will provide input to the revision and production of key training documents and processes for the Battle Staff, Liaison Teams and Augmentation Element. All team members will be required to posses an active Top Secret (TS) Clearance and be eligible for a TS/SCI Clearance upon assignment to a position supporting this contract.
