- Reference PR M93015-07-SU-00001 NAICS 562112 Size 10.5million FSC 6810 Period of Performance is base plus four (4) Option Years This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside PRICING SCHEDULE: QTY UI 0001 6 EA EPA Waste code F039 Collection Service. The collection of waste is collected every 60 days or six(6)times within the one(1)year contract. The service is the removal ie.pump leachate from 21 foot deep collection sump at the Russell Road landfill, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA., prepare manifest, transport waste using EPA certified transporter to EPA certified hazardous waste treatment facility and provide certification that waste was properly treated and disposed in accordance with all State and Federal Hazardous Waste and DOT Regulations. 0002 150 EA The volume of waste water is measured by 55 gallon drums. It is estimated that 150 drums of waste water per year must be treated, transported and disposed in accordance with all State and Federal Hazardous Waste and DOT Regulations. Commercial Items FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services FAR 52.223-3 Hazardous Material Identification and Material Safety Data DFARS 252.212 Acquisition of Commercial Items DFARS 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Invoices The offeror must submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications with their proposal. Quotes shall also include cost, company name and address, Tax ID number, DUNS number, Business size, whether company is registered in the Contractor Registration Database, Payment terms and delivery date. F.O.B. Destination prices are requested. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base year and four(4)option years.
