Description
The Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), IT Policy and Planning Division, has a requirement for a contractor to support the OCC?s capital planning investment control (CPIC) process. The OCC intends to award a performance-based, time and materials contract for a base year and four option years. OCC?s Office of Information Technology Services (ITS), within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), is charged with defining, creating, and implementing a comprehensive strategy to respond to the Government Performance Results Act (GPRA) of 1993, the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, and other IT-related Federal laws and regulations. CPIC establishes the policies and procedures to institute IT capital planning and investment management. OCC uses the Treasury mandated portfolio reporting COTS product ProSight to report OCC?s IT investments in support of the IT Capital Planning and Investment Management processes. ProSight is used to report investment information to Treasury and Treasury submits the information to OMB according to applicable U.S. statutes, policy, direction, and guidance. The contractor shall (1) provide enhancements and on-going support for the current OCC Capital Planning Process; (2) provide documentation updates and on-going support for Treasury and OCC CPIC Phases; (3) provide consultation and guidance to increase the OCC process maturity; (4) facilitate the delivery of Treasury CPIC requirements; and, (5) address and respond to Treasury ad hoc data calls. The RFP is set-aside for small businesses and will be procured using FAR Subpart 15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541513 and the Size Standard is $23 million. The OCC anticipates issuing the RFP on or about September 25, 2006 at www.fedbizopps.gov. The RFP including amendments will be distributed only through the www.fedbizopps.gov web-site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the web-site to assure that they have the most up to date information about this RFP. Paper copies of the RFP will not be available.
