- GISCO BRONCO CUT X WIRE: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) hereby request quotations for the following: Bronco X wire (no substitute) 17.5 lb, packaged two (2) shipments of 48 spools each shipment for a total of 96 spools of wire. This notice is a solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE AND THE INSTRUCTIONS HEREIN. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; therefore a written request will not be issued. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 423510 and the associated business size standard is 1000 employees. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-06-0599. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Loading Dock, D Street between 13th and 14th Street S.W. In order to compete, interested parties must submit a quote by 12:00 pm EST on September 18, 2006, to Merwin Charles, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, via e-mail at merwin.charles@bep.treas.gov or Fax at (202) 874-3135. Quotations may be submitted on a 1449 or company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, proposed unit price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status. The source selection will be based on price. Telephone inquiries are strongly discouraged.
