- THE BID DATE AND TIME HAVE BEEN CHANGED. ALL BIDS ARE NOW DUE SEPTEMBER 21, 2006 AT 3:00 P.M. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The U.S. Department of Agriculture proposes to construct a new Water Irrigation Well. The contractor shall provide all material and labor to install a Water Irrigation Well at the USDA-ARS, in Popalarville, MS. ?This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the Federal Biobased Products Preferred Procurement Program (FB4P)? The range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. An IFB with complete specification requirements will be issued on or about August 3, 2006 with all bids being due at 3:00 p.m. September 21, 2006. These dates are tentative and will be specified in the IFB package. All requests must be submitted in writing, faxed to (662) 686-5373 or by electronic mail to: tvjones@ars.usda.gov.
