- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 561621, Size Standard 11.5 Million dollars. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2K4SS6172A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 205-12 effective 4 Aug 06. The Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN 0001) for purchase and installation of keyless entry on six exterior squadron doors connecting them to the fire alarm system to allow for egress from the hanger bay, building 1000, in case of emergency. Installation includes all materials and hardware (electric magnetic Locks, card readers and network interface cards, electric door strikes, motion detector and /or exit release push buttons, system controllers, power supply boxes, magnetic door contacts, software and one year software support and training). QUANTITY: 0001. UNIT OF MEASURE: Each. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 45 days after contract award. FOB: Destination.
