Description

The White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis to Nuclear Regulatory Commission, United States, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852-2738. This requirement includes the nuclear license fee for the nuclea r reactor at the Survivability & Vulnerability Directorate. This is the only known source that can provide this service. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No RFQ will be forthcoming.
