Description

This contract will require the Contractor to inspect, clean and rehabilitate speed reducing gearing equipment and couplings specified in this contract. The Contractor has the option of removing the equipment and taking it back to his facility or per forming the work on site. The Gear reducers are located at Lookout Point, Oregon 22 miles east of Eugene, Oregon on Highway 58. The three types of speed reducers are Cone-Drive Speed Reducers (Model HU-7410), Western Gear Works Speed Reducer (Model ODT58 S) and Waldron Standard Gear Coupling (Generic). There are six (6) Cone-Drive speed reducers (Model 7410-HU); There are ten (10) Western Gear Works speed reducers (Model ODT58S). There are twenty-six (26) couplings.
