Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE a purchase order using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to : Simulyze, Inc, for procurement of (34) Annual Flight Control maintenance renewals. Intention is to award the above stated requirement directly to Simulyze Inc. The supplies/services required are available from only one source. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Duration: Delivery to be made NLT 9/29/06. All quotations received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Govrnment not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based on upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a completitive procurement.
