Description

This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-06-T-0313. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect t hrough Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339112. The US Army Aeromedical Center, Fort Rucker, Alabama 36362-5319, has a requirement for One Pediatric Patient Simul ator (PediaSIM ECS) and One Infant Patient Simulator (BabySIM) . The Government anticipates awarding a single award for this requirement. The supplies shall be delivered to The US Army Aeromedical Center, ATTN: SSG Joey Neve, Bldg 301 Andrews Ave., Fort Rucker, AL, 36362-5319. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, apply to this acquisition.
