Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation HAQ064216 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. NAICS code 511210; size standard of less $23 million. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract for the Bureau of Land Management, Oregon State Office, Multnomah County, Oregon. SUPPLY AND DELIVER: (1) iPLM v8 (intelligent) software with 1536 ports; (2) SDK software 1 Kit; (3) Platinum ITRACS Maintenance 24x7x365 coverage - 1 year; (4) Administrator training On-Site for up to 4 students; and (5) On-Site System Installation/Implementation. This action is BRAND NAME specific due to the nature of installed equipment/system requirements at the BLM Oregon/Washington State Office location and in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(3). Delivery date is estimated 30 days after purchase order award.
