Construction of Structure and Facilities Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command, 436th CONS, 639 Atlantic Street, Dover AFB DE 19902-5639 Description The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to construction of a new golf clubhouse (approximately 7,700 square feet) and cart storage facility (approximately 2,900 square feet), including all architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical support for the new facilities. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320. The approximate issue date will be 6 Aug 2001 with an approximate response date of 5 Sep 2001. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis to all firms registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The performance period is 365 calendar days. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 00 to $5,000,000.00. The entire solicitation, including the specifications, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
