Description

Charleston AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Dade Behring, Inc. of Newark, DE for the following: Line Item 0001: One, Dimension Xpand HM Chemistry Analyzer, all reagents, supplies, 1 year business hours service, training for one person per additional year of the contract. Line Item 0002: Purchase of reagents required to perform excess tests in accordance with price list. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. North American Industrial Classification Standard, 334516, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors are asked to submit their TAX ID number with their proposal. Please send any response by e-mail or to FAX number (843) 963-5183. Quotes must be received at the 437th Contracting Squadron, LGCA flight, no later than 3:00 p.m. EST on 19 September 2006.
