Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for two separate unfunded commercial items that must be compatible with one another prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposals must be completely separate from one another as funding may be provided for one of the requirements, both, or none at all. Reference Numbers F2Y3SF6216A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The associated Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 3571 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334111. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000 Employees. CLIN 0001 ? Police Vehicle Mobile Video System ? 11 each? Camera: 450 lines or more resolution Recorder: 60GB hard drive with 24 hour recording capacity Full motion, 30fps MPEG-2 video, 720x480 resolution Event-based recording based on lights, siren, microphone Pre-event recording Automatically zoom to capture license plate when officer opens vehicle door Long range wireless microphone Intelligent archiving (vehicle reg, offense type, officer name, date, time) Video filtering by classification and priority with search feature by field Evidence marking History and audit trail Scaleable storage system with RAID, automatic tape library and DVD back-up Must be able to access archive via network (LAN, VLAN, or VPN) Must output still pictures and video clip in standard format for training/evidentiary purposes Archive Solution: Automatic file download, software update, time/date sync when docked Expiration date based on file classification Supervising officer review process Must accommodate minimum 11 vehicle recorders (DVRs) with option to expand as needed Warranty:1 year parts and labor CLIN 0002 ?Police Mobile Data Systems 11 each- 60GB hard drive or better 1.8GHz processor or better, with 2MB cache Windows XP Pro OS 1GB DDRAM or better 12?
