Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. This RFQ solicitation is set aside 100% for small busine ss; the NAICS is 334220 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. However, the Government intends to issue a sole source award to Motorola because these are ancillary items for Motorola brand name XTS-5000 LMR systems ordered through the Feder al Supply Schedule.
