This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91364-06-T-0036 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 13 each DSN increment chord (part number NTE976AA) bundled with 8 ADV digital set Licenses 91-4 total TN (part number NTE904DA) or equal warranty shall be included, 5 each digital line card (part number NT8D02GA) or equal warranty shall be included, 1 each meridian or equal enhanced 128mb call processor (part number NT5D03FB) warranty shall be included, 1 e ach meridian or equal input/output disk with cd-rom (part number NT5D61AB) warranty shall be included, 1 each AC power supply (part number NT7D14) or equal warranty shall be included, 1 each AC ring generator (part number NT8D21AB) or equal warranty shall be included, 1 each meridian or equal fiber superloop network card (part number NT1P61CA) warranty shall be included, 1 each fiber peripheral controller card (part number NT1P62) or equal warranty shall be included, 1 each meridian or equal electro optica l interface (part number NT1P63CA) warranty shall be included, 1 each meridian or equal peripheral equipment supply AC (part number NT8D06AB) warranty shall be included, 1 each digitone receiver card (part number NT8D16AB) or equal warranty shall be includ ed, shipping shall be included to address listed below. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughout federal Acquisition Circular 05-03. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small bu siness competitive. The NAICS code is 238210. the selected offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The selected offeror must submit a comp leted copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror representations and certifications- Commercial items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and conditions- commercial items applies to this acquisition. The following FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions shall appl y to this acquisition: 52.252-2, 52.211-6, 52.204-7, 52.232-33, 252.225-7000, 252.204-7004 alternate A, 252.243-7001. The FAR clause 52.212-5 and paragraphs (a) and (b) therein, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statutes or Executive orde rs-Commercial items, shall apply to this acquisition: 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.225-13, 52.203-6, 52.219-6.
