Description

The contractor shall provide a follow-on two part Advanced Emergency Medical Response Training Program (AEMRTP) to enhance the capabilities of the Illinois National Guard to respond as part of a coordinated and seamless state and federal terrorism an d/or disaster response force. Part I of the AEMRTP will encompass the consultation and coordination with the Illinois National Guard to field Homeland Security joint training medical response exercises throughout the state. Part II of the AEMRTP will requ ire the continued development of enhancements and modifications of the Collaborative Incident Management System (CIMS) as part of the 5TH Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Civil Support Teams (CST) Advanced Terrorism Response Training Program (ATRTP).
