Description

The Department of Education intends to procure a renewal of the TeamMate License from Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP. This procurement action is for software service in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR 13.106-3 shall be used. Offerors are requested to submit firm fixed prices for unlimited Department wide access (enterprise wide subscription) for a 12-month base year and four 12-month option years. The due date for proposals is Monday September 18, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. EST. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
