Description

This is a notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract for SAGE ACCPAC additional user licenses with Software Assurance for a period of one year from date of award, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to SystemLink of Herndon, VA. A Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. SystemLink is the only known source for maintenance of our Sage ACCPAC ERP accounting software, and has the only trained and certified ACCPAC Solutions Partner personnel to work on-site with our software, within a reasonable close proximity to Mount Weather, VA. The goods/services are commercial in accordance with FAR Part 2 and are to be purchased under the simplified acquisition procedures. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail to Mr. Jay D. Cohen no later than 15:30pm EST, on September 19, 2006.
