Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) proposes to enter into a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) order on a basis other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 8. This action is under the authority of FAR Subpart 8.405-6(b)(1): Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work.
