- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is 06-TC258. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Cirucular 2005-12 and DFARS change notice 20060814. This is a 100% small business set aside to provide vehicle operations car wash facility services. The Offeror must quote on an all or none basis, state discount terms and warranty information. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the best value for the Government and conforming to the solicitation the most advantageous to the Government. FOB point will be destination to be delivered to: Lackland AFB TX 78253, NO LATER THAN MONDAY, 25 SEP 06. Quotes must be valid through 30 Sep 06. The NAICS Code is 811192 and the dollar amount standard is $6,000,000.00. The items are as follows: ITEM 0001: QTY: 2 Each, Description: High Pressure Washer in Two (2) Bays (Wet/Landa VNG4-200024A) or Equal; ITEM 0002: QTY: 2 Each, Description: Foamy Brush Assembly in Two (2) Bays or Equal; ITEM 0003: QTY: 2 Each, Description: Air Compressor (6 HP Single Stage/60 Gallon Verticle Tank/230 Volt) or Equal; ITEM 0004: QTY: 1 Each, Description: One Time Charge-Tear Down of Existing Equipment, Removal, and Disposal; ITEM 0005: QTY: 1 Each, Description: Installation of All Items Under This Contract. ITEM 0006: QTY: 2 Each, Description: Foamy Wax Assembly; ITEM 0007: QTY: 1 Each, Description: 1 Each, Description: Options of Manufactures Extended Warranty for Three (3) Years; ITEM 0008: QTY: 5 Each, Description: Warranty on Unexpected Service. Each Service Call Covers all Equipment (Supplied in the Wash Rack) All Inclusive, All Wearable Parts, Service and Labor Per Service Call for Five (5) Years.
