Description

The Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Varian, Inc. Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, parts, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide Preventive and Remedial Maintenance Support Services for 72 ABW/CEVPDVarian Spectrometers located at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma in accordance with manufacturer?s specifications and this Statement of Work. The period of performance is 21 Oct 06 to 20 Oct 07. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Availability of Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
