Description

Description: The 16th Contracting Squadron intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Medical Education Technologies INC. Hurlburt Field intends to purchase the following: Two (2) each Trauma Disaster Casualty Kits (TDC) with warranties, one (1) Pediatric Simulator with a two year warranty, one (1) Learning Module. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 423450, with a size standard of 500 employees. Submit questions or comments to 16CONS/LGCY, Attn: Amn Justin Sink, 350 Tully Street, Hurlburt Field FL 32544-9190 at or before 10:00 a.m. CST, 24 Sep 2006. A Firm-Fixed Price Order will be issued in writing. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that Medical Education Technologies, INC. is the only known source that has the proprietary information and design expertise to provide this service. Anticipated award is 24 Sep 06. This notice is NOT a request for quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the Government?s requirements by e-mailing, Amn Justin Sink at justin.sink@hurlburt.af.mil. Capability statements must include documented ability to satisfy the Government?s requirements. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement.
