Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firms that believe they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Office that they meet all specifications and can furnish these items. Inclu des Sonar Transceiver, MaxView Softrware, DF (100/325kHz) or EDF (325/780kHz) Towfish, and 300m steel-armoured Tow Cable and CM2-WIN -300 winch; PC not included or equal. Reference Solicitation # W91ZRU-06-K-0007, when submitting a written inquirey on thi s requirement. NOTES: This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/request for the following provisions by reference, FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror-Commercial Items: FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certificates-Commercial Items; 5 2.214-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. This contract will be issued under NAICS 334511 with a small business stan dard of 500 employees. Required delivery is to the Alaska Air National Guard, Anchorage, AK 99502. Price for freight should be submitted as FOB Destination or FOB Origin, as a separate line item. Quotes are due by 28 September at 3:00PM Alaska Standard Time. Quotes must be email to amanda.coats@akanch.ang.af.mil or by fax (907) 249-1614 along with completed representations and certifications, providing business size, email address, Duns #, Cage code, and Federal Tax ID. Bidders must be registered in Ce ntral Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov to be considered for contract award
