- Description
- The US Army Communications, Electronics, Life Cycle Management Command (CE-LCMC), Acquisition Center Washington intends to award a purchase order on a time and material basis to provide per call on-site remedial maintenance required to keep all ADPE equipment supported by the US Army Software Engineering Center, Fort Lee, Virginia functioning according to the Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications (EM). The equipment consists of several different manufacturers. This equipment consists of CPU s, Scanners, Printers, Tape Drives, Notebooks/Laptops, DVD Readers-Writers, etc. with supporting operating systems of Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 95/98, HP-UX, SOLARIS and Unix. All effort will be performed at the US Army Software Engineering Cente r, Fort Lee, Virginia. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated period of performance is: Base Period 1 October 2006 30 September 2007; Option Period I 1 October 2007 30 September 2008; and Option Period II 1 October 2008 30 September 2009. Offerors MUST provide past performance information (contract numbers and points-of-contact) evidencing their experience with ADPE equipment maintenance, and provide evidence that it possesses the appropriate clearances in order to be able to access a Department of Defense facility. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responses should be received via email within 10 calendar days of the date o f this notice. The anticipated award date is 10 days from closing date of this notice. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. To be eligible for award, registration in the Centralized Contractor Registration Database and Business Part ner Network is mandatory.
