Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W91YTV-06-T-0293 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005 -12. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns, associated NAICS code is 339111 and the size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to award a sole source order to Cardinal Health 301, Inc, doing business as Pyxis Medstatio n, 3750 Torrey View Ct, San Diego, CA, 92130-2622 for the supplies listed below in accordance with FAR subpart 6.302-1.
