Description

The National Business Center's (NBC) Aviation Management Directorate (AMD) requires non-personal professional contractor services to assist in the development of an AMD Strategic Outreach and Customer Awareness Program. This program is necessary to communicate and grow AMD's service offerings and customer base. The contractor will develop an Integrated Outreach and Customer Awareness Communication Plan to include concepts and collateral educational and awareness materials for the AMD audience. This plan will encourage potential clients to use the services being provided as well as to encourage existing clients to increase their level of services with AMD.
