Description

This a modification to a previous notice posted on May 5, 2006. A performance decision of the streamlined competition for the General Management and Administrative Support Function Reference Number SN0001 A-76 FINAL DECISION- This is an announcement of the results of the recent General Services Administration (GSA), streamlined competition of the General Management and Administrative (GM&A) Support Function that included but were not limited to clerical support, document management and administrative support. GSA has completed a streamlined competition for these services in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. As a result of this study, the performance of these functions will remain in-house. The Most Efficient Organization consists of twenty-one (21) Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) and zero (0) Contract-Man Equivalents (CMEs). Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition.
