- Description
- The U. S. Government currently occupies 2,432 rentable square feet of office and related use space located at One Commerce Street, Montgomery, AL 36104, under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location with an increase square footage of 3,900 usable of office space based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if considerations of economic and other factors are supported including relocation and uplifting costs. All service, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
