- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled PERIODIC EVALUATION OF THE CALIPSO LASER TRANSMITTER PERFORMANCE AND SUPPORT OF INVESTIGATIONS INTO SPECIFIC ASPECTS LASER TRANSMITTER PERFORMANCE which was posted on September 13, 2006. You are notified that the following changes are made: The requirement also includes an optional task for the development of a rough order of magnitude cost, technical and schedule estimate for the development of an engineering model laser transmitter using existing government owned spare parts from the Calipso development program. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
