Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to LexisNexis for access to an on-line service that provides full text news, public records, legal resources, company and financial information documents. This award maybe issued with a base and six option years. The period of performance for this award is: 01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007. The SEC believes LexisNexis to be the only known source that possesses the capability required. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
