- The USPFO for Kentucky intends to contract with Wulfsberg Electronics to procure two RT5000 radios for use in their Aviation Division. This equipment must accomodate the radio's audio interface with the aircraft's ICS system and AWR. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement unless a firm contacts us prior to the response date and can supply the following: C-5000 NVG Display, BLK2 Serial RT Control, RT-5000 TransceiverFM1; 29.7-960 MHz FM/AM AnalogFM2A; VHF(136-174MHz), analog FM&P-25 Digi tal Smart Zone Omnilink P-25 Trunking (3600 & 9600 Control Chn) Multikey Encryption (AES/DES/DES-XL/DES-OFB), OTARFM2b; UHF (764-870 MHz), analog FM&P-25 Digital, IN-210 Installation Kit, Flexcomm I, connector and tray, C-5000 PC Cloning cable & software, Motorola KVL to Flexcomm II Key Load Cable, AT-560 Antenna 29.7-960 MHz 9.5 inch tuned blade, Blk, FC-5000 Required; FC-5000 Antenna Tuner, AT-560 or AT-5000; RT-5000 Mounting Tray, Vertical mounting; Connector, RT-5000 Transceiver; Connector, C-5000 Syste m Interface; Connector, C-5000 Serial RT Interface; Connector, FC-550 FC-50 (J1).
