Description

Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices ITEM NO SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0001 12 Months Software and Hardware Maintenance FFP IAW Section C, Statement of Work for the Manakon-Elite Operational Support System (OSS) to include ALL Lincense fees. Location: Telephone Switch Room, Bldg 2, Room 14243301 FOB: Destination MILSTRIP: N0018307RQTE019 PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: N0018307RQTE019 Section C - Descriptions and Specifications CLAUSES INCORPORATED BY FULL TEXT DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATION/WORK STATEMENT Statement of Work The contractor shall provide hardware and software support with no cost on-site and off-site technical support to the Manakon-Elite Operation Support System (OSS), located in the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth Center Portsmouth Telephone Switch Room (Build-52, Room 14243301). 1. General a. Contractor shall comply with Federal, State, Local laws, and Federal Regulations as applicable to the performance of this contract. b. Contractor shall not accept any instructions issued by any person employed by the U. S. Government, other than: the Contracting Officer (KO), or Biomedical Engineering Division (BMED), all acting within the limits of their authority. c. Contractor?s price shall be inclusive of all cost including parts, labor, travel and license fees. The vendor shall provide total maintenance service / repairs necessary to maintain system in a satisfactory working condition. System shall be maintained in accordance with original equipment manufacture (OEM) recommendations. All replacement parts must be OEM parts equivalent or better. d. Contractor shall provide off-site Software Support via telephone during normal working hours (8 am to 5 pm EST) Monday through Friday. e. In the event that on-site repairs are required, contractor shall respond on-site with qualified technicians within 4 hours of notification. All repairs are to be completed by the close of the next business day. f. Contractor shall provide all software updates within 14 days of release. Vendor shall provide complete software support including software maintenance, operational support, update of rate tables, factory maintenance and any required on-site hardware maintenance / repairs. g. Contractor shall provide on-site repairs to the Model Sun Ultra 5 server but not the SIU hardware. Repairs for the SIU hardware will be conducted at off-site at vendor?s repair facility.
