Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 6 each, Cisco 2851 Security Bundle and associated peripherals, 18 each, Annual SmartNet Agreements; 7 each, Catalyst 3560 24 Port 10/100/1000T POE and 4 SFP; 21 each, Annual SmartNet Agreements; 14 each, GE SFP, LC Connector LX/LH Transceiver; 1 each, Catalyst 3560 48 Port 10/100/1000T POE and 4 SFP; 3 each, Annual SmartNet Agreeme nts; 4 each, GE SFP, LC Connector LX/LH Transceiver; 16 each, Cisco IP Phone 7941; 16 each, Call Manager Licenses; 48 each, Annual SmartNet Agreements; 1 each, Cisco Unified Video Advantage VT Camera II - 24 Pack; 24 each, Cisco Unified Video Advantage Option; 2 each, ASA 5510 Bundle w/ 10 VPN Peers; 6 each, Annual SmartNet Agreements; 3 each, Server (550+ MHz/Rack Mount/2G RAM/300G HDD/DVD-ROM); 9 each, Annual S ervices Agreements Similar to SmartNet; 1 each, SMS 2003 w/ SQL; 150 each, Tech; 150 each, SQL Client Licenses; 150 each, SMS Client Licenses; 23 each, Basic PC (No Monitor/Smallest Profile Possible/1G RAM Single Chip/ Dual Core Processor/80G HDD/2NIC/); 7 each, Basic PC (With Monitor/Smallest Profile Possible/1G RAM Single Chip/Dual Core Processor/80G HDD/2NIC/); 90 each, Annual Services Agreements Similar to SmartNet; 7 each, Analog KVM Switch 24 Port, Single User, PS-2 Connections, with associated cable s to support 24 PCs per KVM; 1 each, High End PC (No Monitor/2G RAM/500G HDD/256M Video/NIC/DVD RW/Memory Card Reader); 3 each, Annual Services Agreements Similar to SmartNet; 1 each, High End PC (3.2 GHz or Better/ 450W Power Supply/2-19 in WS Monitors/4G RAM/500G HDD/512M Video Dual Video O ut/2 NIC/DVD RW/PCI Expansion Slots; 3 each, Annual Services Agreements Similar to SmartNet; 12 each, UPS 6 Backup/Surge Outlets; 1 each, On Site Installation and Configuration at a Single Site (Ft Huachuca); 1 each, Over-the-shoulder (OTS) Skills Transfer for 4 personnel. Network will be a closed VPN network between 4 geographic locations (Ft Lewis, Ft Hood, Ft Huachuca x 4 Buildings, and TEI, Severna Park, MD). All equipment delivered to Ft Huachuca, EPG and set-up and configuration completed concurrently with the OTS Ski lls Transfer. EPG would then ship to the other locations to have local SA install and power up. PCs can be added to the network as needed using private IP addresses through the router at each location. The requests for SmartNet and all other warranty sup port agreements are for three years. FOB Destination (Fort Huachuca, Arizona 85613). Payment will be made by Government Credit Card under Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 1200 hours, Friday, 22 September 2006 and shall be submitted electronica lly at virginia.miller@epg.army.mil. EVALUATION CRITERIA / PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the Requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance and Price . The Synopsis/ solicitation document and incorporated provisio ns and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 2001-23. This is a Small Business Set Aside. The NAICs is 334111. All Electronic and Information Technology will be Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 compli ant. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, and 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition. Off erors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Federal Tax Identification Number, Cage Code, Central Contractor Registration Number, DUNS Number and appl icable FSC Codes with this offer.
