Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2MTTS6249A200. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective 04 Aug 2006. This acquisition is a total set-aside for small business in the following amount: 100%. Utilize the size standards of NAICS code 423430. The attached spreadsheet describes the required CISCO 9216i MDS MULTILAYER SAN FABRIC SWITCH. This is a Brand Name solicitation. The specifications must meet the requirements exactly. Only products described will be considered for award and are subject to review and approval by the Contracting Officer. Delivery: All line items shall be delivered within 30 days after date of contract. All items shall be delivered FOB Destination. The provisions and clauses located at FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 apply. Offeror must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/ and ORCA at https://orca.bpn.gov/.
