Description: Contractor shall move bulkheads off-site. Remove the silt blower system. Add shoes to builkheads. Add dogging lugs to bulkhead top sections. Remove builkhead bolts. Add cathodic protectiosn to bulkheads. Clean and paint bulkheads. Replace gaskets and coat with paint. Permanently connect bulkhead sections. Deliver bulkheads to intake deck within reach of new bulkhead crane. Fabricate new bulkhead/lifting beam aluminum covers.
