- The Department of Justice has a requirement for Membership for Human Capital Dashbroad Development and Publication/The Infohrm Group, Inc. The Government intends to issue a purchase order to The Infohrm Group, Inc.for an annual membership. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate only one source under the authority of FAR 6-302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Responses must include sufficiently detailed information to allow the Government to determine if the responder is capable of meeting the requirements. This notice of intend is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by 5:00 P.M. EST, September 28, 2006 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposal contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
