Description

The VISN 7 Acquisition Service Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Control Management, Inc. for a full service maintenance contract for the Siemens Landis & Gyr System 600 to include support of all hardware and software. This is an energy management system. The locations for these services are the VA Medical Center, located in Charleston, SC and the Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Myrtle Beach, SC. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302 - only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements, NAICS code is 811219. Control Management, Inc. is the only authorized Siemens dealer for this area. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within (seven) 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
