Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-06-T-5006, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333997. The size standard is $6,000,000 in annual receipts. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3596. The Federal Service Code is 6670. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Civil Engineering Squadron, Colorado Air National Guard, 660 S. Aspen Street, Bldg 1005, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011-9551 is requesting INTERCOMP LS 700-4M OR EQUAL TO INCLUDE: 4 WIM PADS, LEVELING PADS, SPACERS, FOR/AFT RAMPS VIM J-BOX, INTERCONNECTED CABLES, NOTEBOOK COMUTER, WIM SOFTWARE (CMOS INTERFACE V3.6.2) AND CONTAINER. QUANTITY (1) EACH. Prospective bidders shall submit quotation based on the information provided above TO: Kent. Morgan@cobuck.ang.f.mil No phone calls please. Prospective bidders shall submit quotation by email not later than 2:00p.m. Mountain Standard Time on September 27, 2006. The award shall be evaluated on the basis of Small Business Concern, GSA Pricing and Delivery Time. The successful bidder must have a valid Tax Identification Number, DUNS Number through DUN and BRADSTREET, CAGE Code be Registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Workflow for Electronic Funds Transfer to be awarded a contract.
