- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91YTV-06-T-0335 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to obtain the maximum amount of competition from all responsible small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423450; the Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 5047. This requirement is for a 3-D surgical ultrasound system designed for ultrasound needs of the general and colorectal surgeon. The requested model is the Pro Focus B-Series Ultrasound System; MFG PN# 2202A-1; Quantity (1 each) inclusive of the 3D Professional Module Mover; MFG PN# UA2222; Quantity (1 each). Additional Parts required to function with the system are as follows: Mechanical Input for 2202, MFG PN# UA2223; Quantity (1 each); DICOM Option for 2202, MFG PN# UA2206; Quantity (1 each); Tissue Harmonic Imaging for 2202; MFG PN# UA2214, Quantity (1 each) and Footswitch for 2100 Series, 1101 Merlin & 2202 Series; MFG PN# UA1215; Quantity (1 each). Award will be made based on the best overall value for the government.
