- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Proposal Number 103625 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. Offerors must provide a proposal on both line items and subsitutions will not be accepted. The specific parts identified must be proposed. The NAICS code is 333314. The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement for the following: QUANTITY OF TWELVE (12)EACH, F5050TG, W/PINNACLE TUBES PART NUMBER: 269462-4 DELVIERY DUE 180 DAYS FROM AWARD OF CONTRACT. QUANTITY OF TWENTY (20) EACH, F6015AGA MNVD, SINGLE BATT, F9815AG; PART NUMBER: 274769-8 DELIVERY DUE 180 DAYS FROM AWARD OF CONTRACT. Evaluation Factors: The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Proposal as provided herein, is technically acceptable, lowest price. The Contractor shall deliver the complete quantity, FOB Destination, with all freight included in the delivered price, within 180 days of contract award. Delivery to DC metro area (to be specified at time of award).
