- The Government intends to award sole source utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to: Accelrys Software Inc, 10188 Telesis Court, Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92121. The proposed contract action is for Accelrys Software which is a highly speciali zed modeling software required for research. The NAICS is 339111 with a size standard of 500. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 10:00 AM EST, September 25, 2006. A determination by the G overnment not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government.
