Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, pr oposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for (1) 4 table type Horizontal Boring Mil Machine, pn # TPX6111B/3. Additional requirement information: Proposal Summary which must be submitted in respon se to this synopsis/solicitation can be obtained electronically under: http://www.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08, date d 05 Jan2006. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 333512 with a size standard of 500 employees. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We will select the bes t-qualified source as a result of this synopsis on an All or None Basis. Offerors must provide Brand Name only, in order to match existing equipment. We prefer to make payment by VISA credit card. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registr ation (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/) in order to receive the award if you are selected. If you are not in the CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualified. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions a nd clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, FAR 52.203-6 Alt I, FAR 52.219-14, FAR 52.222-21, FAR 52.222-26, FAR 52.222-35, FAR 52.222-36, FAR 52.222-37, FAR 52.225-13, FAR 52.222-41, FAR 52.222-42 (52.232-33, 52.232-36).
