- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific/Department of Defense Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) Guam intends to procure on a Full and Open Competition basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a hotel in Tokyo, Japan that can provid conference rooms, audio/visual equipment, hotel accommodations, and meals in support of the Far East Technology Conference conference to be held on 24th October 2006 through 27th October 2006. Specifications will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-07-T-1000. The RFQ will be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 10 October 2006, to close on 18 October 2006. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov.
