Description

National Security Technologies, LLC (NSTec) is seeking sources for our Just-In-Time (JIT) contract for electrical components/ supplies. NSTec is the Subcontractor for the Department of Energy (DOE) supporting the Nevada Test Site in Mercury, Nevada. The new subcontract is tentatively scheduled to begin in January 2007. The subcontract will be for five years (option periods are being considered.). Estimated value is $14 million over a five-year period. ALL DATES AND AMOUNTS ARE APPROXIMATE. The subcontract will require twice per week deliveries to North Las Vegas, Las Vegas and Mercury Nevada. Subcontractor will be required to show a local presence (in terms of warehousing, etc.) prior to award. The Just-In-Time (JIT) Subcontract is for stocking, selling as required, and delivering various electrical components & supplies (this is a fully automated process). NSTec will provide the software and training. If interested, Offeror should provide a company profile which should include answers to the following questions: (1)Are you a Square-D authorized distributor?; (2)What pricing system does your company use to establish base pricing (e.g.,Trade Services)?; (3)What is the industry standard for electrical supply pricing?; (4)Are you interested in submitting a proposal for this requirement?; (5)If you are a small business, please provide your SBA Pro-Net user Identification Number.
