Description

DESC: Elevation, Mechanism; NSN: 1015-01-521-6926, Part Number: 13007995. The item to procure is an Elevation, Mechanism Assembly Repair Kit; consists of (109) parts. Items include fluid filter element, shim, helical retainer, seals, dust and moistur e boot, bearings, socket head cap screws, lock washers, packing retainers and hose clamps. Requirements are 200 each, Elevation, Mechanism Assembly, Repair Kit. The FOB is Destination, for use on the M1A1 Abrams Tank. Estimated issue date is 25 Oct 2006. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by acce ssing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respo nd to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of same. The proposed contract will be a four year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside.
