- A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted on Thursday, October 12, 2006, via a live videoconference webcast beginning at 1:00 PM EST until 3:00 PM EST. A hyperlink to the webcast will be posted immediately preceding the conference at the following URL: www.gsa.gov/alliantpreproposalconference. The phone number for questions or comments at the time of the webcast will be 1-888-924-3246. Offerors may submit questions before or during the live webcast. Questions may be submitted by e-mail directly to Alliant@gsa.gov for the Alliant Full and Open solicitation and sbgwac@gsa.gov for the Alliant Small Business solicitation or by calling-in during the live webcast. Questions with the Government responses will be posted on the FedBizOpps website.
