Description

Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT In Orlando, Florida REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing office and specialized space consisting of approximately 80,000 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space shall yield 75,250 BOMA Office area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Occupancy is required by March 1, 2007. Build-to-suit proposals will not be considered. Area of consideration: North: E. Colonial Dr EAST: Central Florida Greenway SOUTH: Central Florida Greenway to World Center Drive WEST: I-4 to Route 435 Lease Term/Occupancy: Five (5) years, two (2) years firm The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the lease. Expressions of interest shall include the following: -Building name, address, associated literature with floor plans -BOMA Office Area s.f. and rate per BOMA Office Area s.f. -Site plans, aerial photos, pictures, etc. of site, if new constructions is proposed.
