- This Announcement has been amended to add the following information: 1. This contract will be to provide readjustment counseling services to eligible veterans referred by Vet Center staff members or professional staff members of VA Psychiatry, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing Services for the Kansas counties of: Greeley, Wichita, Scott, Lane, Ness, Rush, Hamilton, Kearny, Finney, Hodgeman Pawnee, Stanton, Grant, Haskell, Gray, Ford, Edwards, Kiowa, Comanche, Clark, Meade, Seward, Stevens, and Morton. 2. VA estimates that there are 8,890 eligible veterans in the area covered by this procurement and estimates 10,000 counseling sessions for the term of the contract. 3.
